You can change most of your details yourself quickly and easily.

Access account settings

To do this, first log in to your my.easybell.

Then click on your profile in the button left corner and then on "Account settings".

The account settings are divided into five categories:

  • Company information
  • Login & security
  • Invoicing & payment
  • Locations
  • General settings

Company information

This section contains your basic information and contact details.

You can change your phone number yourself here. To change your email address, please contact our support team at support@easybell.at.

To change the account holder, please also contact our support team. You can find out more in “Taking over an Easybell account”.

If you have moved house and your line address has changed, please also contact our support team. Please read “Moving house with a VoIP telephone line” for more information.

Please note that, in the event of a manual change, Easybell cannot update your details without additional verification. In this case, please email the following information to support@easybell.at: 

  • Old details 
  • New details 

In the case of name changes, we also require official proof of the change, e.g. a marriage certificate. Alternatively, you can send us a copy of your identity card for verification purposes. 

Please note that we cannot process any changes requested via the contact form.
