1. Password for logging in to the customer portal

Use the password you chose during registration to log in to the Easybell customer portal.

You must enter your customer number as your username. In the customer portal, you have access to your contract details, invoices, and login credentials. You can also configure your phone connection there. You can change your password at any time in the customer portal under “Account Settings” (Login & Security). It becomes active as soon as you complete your registration. If you forget your password, you can have it sent to you by clicking “Forgot Password?” on the login screen and entering your customer number and the email address on file with us.

2. SIP Password (VoIP Telephony)

SIP login credentials vary depending on the product. If you have trouble finding them, please read “Where can I find my SIP login credentials?”.“.

Phone numbers (or blocks)

SIP credentials: In my.easybell, under ″Phone Settings“ in the details view of the respective connection.

Registrar: sip.easybell.com

Cloud PBX

3. Router password

The router password protects the device's user interface from unauthorized access.

Many devices have a default password, which you can find in the manual. For FRITZ!Boxes, you set the password during the initial setup. If the device was preconfigured by us, you can find the password on the enclosed code card.

4. WiFi password

You need the WiFi password (also known as the WiFi network key) to connect your WiFi-enabled devices to the WiFi network.

You can usually find it on the back of the router; numerical codes are often used here.

You can change it in the router’s user interface.

5. DSL password (only for customers with a DSL connection)

The router/modem uses the DSL password to connect to your Internet connection. You can find the DSL password, along with the DSL username, in my.easybell under “Account Settings” (Login & Security). This password is assigned once and cannot be changed. Normally, this password is activated and visible shortly before your connection is activated.
