To ensure that only you use your phone numbers, your VoIP devices or software must register with our SIP server, the registrar, using your SIP user name and SIP password.

The registrar differs depending on whether you want to use phone numbers (blocks) or Cloud PBX end devices.

We cover both cases in this article.

2. SIP access data in the Cloud PBX

2.1 Opening the Cloud PBX

Open the Easybell customer portal and log in with your personal access data.

Then select "Telephone functions" in the top menu and click on "Cloud telephone system" to access the overview of your system.

2.2 Edit end device

Now click on "Edit" next to the desired end device and scroll to the "Configure end device" section. Here you will now see the SIP user name and SIP password, as well as the SIP registrar for this end device account.

You can change the SIP password by clicking on the pencil icon next to it.

2.3 Changing the SIP password

Enter your desired password. Pay attention to the notes on password security.
