In this article, we assume that you are using device-dependent caller ID display (CLIP no screening) in the customer portal, and that your phone system or device transmits the information to be displayed during a call.

You can also control the displayed number using custom caller ID in the customer portal or the Cloud PBX, though the range of features is limited.

Which phone numbers can be displayed?

In general, you may only display phone numbers that have been assigned to you or for which you are the assignee. These may, for example, originate from another line registered under your name.

Which phone numbers are not allowed?

Phone numbers that are prohibited by regulatory authorities are not permitted by our infrastructure.

These include, for example, international phone numbers, premium-rate numbers, value-added services, and emergency numbers. Below is a list of the most common phone number ranges and whether they are allowed or blocked.
