Does emergency calling work to?

Yes, the standard emergency numbers can be reached via Easybell. The call is routed to the appropriate emergency call center based on the area code (LAC) of the phone number registered with us.

For nomadic use or location-independent numbers (e.g. 0720, 050, 0517, 057, 059), the emergency call is routed by default to a central location in Vienna, regardless of your actual physical location. Since your location cannot be determined automatically in this case, you must be able to tell the emergency call center your exact location and your name. Otherwise, emergency assistance is not possible.

Please note that an emergency call is only possible with a working internet connection. Please make sure your device uses the standard codec G.711 A for emergency calls.
