If only the header number is transmitted during calls from your Microsoft Teams instance, you should check the settings for CLIP no screening of the SIP trunk in my.easybell.

1. Open your phone settings

First, please go to my.easybell.

There, please click on “Phone Settings” in the left-hand menu bar.

Alternatively, you can also click on “Manage Phone Numbers” directly in the my.easybell dashboard.

2. Select a connection

In the Overview of connections, please click on the connection whose settings you want to adjust.

3. Konfiguration öffnen

In the details view, you will see an overview of the settings.

Please scroll to the "Configuration" section and click the "Change" button to the right of it.

4. Check CLIP no screening

Go to the “Call line identification presentation (CLIP)” menu.

Next to “Select SIP field containing CLIP”, “From-Display (Default)” should be selected. If this is not the case, please change the settings accordingly.

For more details on the procedure, please refer to our Teams Connector Guide.

Technical background

In the metadata for a telephone call, the phone number to be signaled can be transmitted in different fields for Voice over IP (VoIP).

For correct phone number display, the PBX and carrier must expect the phone number in the same fields here. You can find more information on this in our article "Configuring CLIP no screening correctly".
