You can change most of your details quickly and easily yourself.

Call up account settings

To do this, first log in to your customer portal.

Then click on your profile in the top right-hand corner and then on "Account settings".

The account settings are divided into four subject areas:

  • Company info
  • Login & Security
  • Billing & Payment
  • Notifications

Company info

This section contains your basic information and contact details.

You can update your e-mail address and telephone number yourself.

To change the account holder, please contact our support team. You can find out more about this in "Taking over an Easybell connection".

If you have moved and the connection address has changed, please also contact our support team. Read "Moving with a VoIP telephone connection".

You can also request a telephone directory entry so that you can be found in Germany's official telephone register.

However, some changes are excluded from this, such as your zip code or your name. In such cases, our support team will be happy to make the desired changes for you manually.

Please understand that Easybell cannot exchange your data in the event of a manual change without additional legitimation.

In this case, please send the following information by e-mail to support@easybell.en:

  • Old information
  • New details

For name changes, we also need official proof of the change, e.g. a marriage certificate. Alternatively, you can also send us a copy of your identity card as proof of identity.

A change of zip code is only possible within the same area code.

Please note that we cannot make any changes that have been requested via the contact form.
