You can update most of your information quickly and easily yourself.

Access account settings

To do this, first log in to your customer portal.

Then click on your profile in the top right-hand corner and then on "Account settings".

The account settings are divided into four topic areas: 

  • Company Data 
  • Login & Security
  • Invoices & Payments
  • General Settings

Company Information

This section contains your basic company information and contact details.

You cannot change your email address or phone number yourself. Please send an email with your request to support@easybell.at

To change the account holder, please also contact our support team.

The contact person and the associated phone number can be changed by you at any time.

If you have moved and your connection address has changed, please contact our support team as well.

Some changes are excluded, such as changes to your postal code or name. In such cases, our support team will be happy to make the requested changes manually for you.

Please understand that Easybell cannot update your data in the case of a manual change without additional verification.

In this case, please send the following information by email to support@easybell.at :

  • Old information
  • New information 

For name changes, we also require official proof of the change, e.g., a marriage certificate. Alternatively, you can provide a copy of your ID for verification.

A change of postal code is only possible within the same area code.

Please note that we cannot process changes submitted via the contact form.
