Create a strong and secure password for the customer portal

We have completely redesigned our customer portal for you. If the steps described in the guide differ from what you see, you will find a PDF version of the old guide at the end of this article.

Below are some tips for creating a secure password for the customer portal.

A valid and secure password for your customer account must be at least 8 characters long.
A combination of lowercase and uppercase letters and numbers is required.
In addition, the following special characters may be used:

.,:;?!$%&/=*+~>-_()[]{}

Please note that passwords are case-sensitive.

You can change your password later in my.easybell under "Account settings" → "Login & security"

Here, you can also enable two-factor authentication to further secure access to your customer portal.
