You can only withdraw your cancellation by email. To do so, send a message to support@easybell.at and explain your request.

Deadlines for withdrawing a notice of termination

Notice period: at least 1 business day before the termination date (unless a number porting request has been submitted)

If your new provider has canceled your service with us (e.g., as part of a number porting process):
Once Easybell has confirmed the cancellation to the receiving provider, we can no longer reverse it. Instead, you must request a cancellation from your new provider. They will then send a cancellation notice to Easybell so that the contract can continue.
