As a rule, cancellation is not the end of the contract.

The timeline usually looks more like this:

  1. You cancel your Easybell contract.
  2. The contract ends at the next possible date.
  3. You will receive a final invoice with the next billing run.

In the final invoice, you will find services that we provided before the end of the contract:

  • Consumption-dependent services
We can of course only bill consumption-dependent invoice items such as call charges at the end of a service period - i.e. only after the end of the contract.
  • Proportionately charged flat rates
We always charge basic fees for minute packages, additional products and similar for the next service period. If you are billed for such an item after the end of the contract, it will only be charged on a pro rata basis until the end of the contract and listed in the invoice.
