You can usually change the bank details of your Easybell contract yourself. Simply follow these steps.

 

1. open account settings

To do this, first log in to your customer portal.

Then click on your profile in the top right-hand corner and then on "Account settings".

2. update payment method

Please select "Billing & Payment" in the side menu. There you can change your payment method in the “Payment details”.

You can choose between the following payment methods: "Manual bank transfer" and "SEPA direct debit".

 

3. Set up SEPA direct debit

If you have selected SEPA Direct Debit, another window will open.

Please enter your IBAN and the name of the account holder here.

Then click "Read and accepted" and then "Update". You hereby confirm that Easybell may collect payments from your account.
