Please test the phone number on a different device. The easiest way to do this is using a softphone application on your computer. 

  1. Please follow these steps: Download one of the following softphones (applications): 
  1. Set up the phone number in the softphone. You will find numerous guides on setting up apps and softphones in our help section.
  2. Make a call to any external number (e.g. your mobile number, a friend’s number, a service hotline) and try to reproduce the fault using the softphone.

If the call is successful, we know that the fault lies with your other device. This is an important step in pinpointing the source of the fault! If you still need help with troubleshooting, please contact our support team at support@easybell.at and include the result of this test.
