Why can't the extension "0" be used?

If you want to set up "0" as an extension, the system may reject it. Here's how to resolve this issue.

If an error message appears when creating an extension with the digit "0," it is because the "Extension = Speed Dial" option is enabled when creating a new extension.

If you set up an extension “0,” it is automatically registered as an internal speed dial as well. This is not permitted with the Easybell Cloud PBX.

Please disable this feature and assign an alternative internal speed dial number. You can then select “0” as your extension.
