Note:
For security reasons, the status of the Cloud PBX is automatically saved before the reset, so that you can restore a backup later.

If you are using the Cloud PBX Basic, please note that no automatic backup is performed before a reset. You will need to reconfigure all settings yourself after the reset.

Instructions

1. Advanced Settings for the Cloud PBX

In the side navigation, go to the “Cloud PBX” menu item. This will display the various sections of the Cloud PBX. Next klick “Advanced Settings”.

2. Administration and Maintenance

Select the "Administration" tab to access the "Restart Phone System" and "Reset Phone System" functions.

To click on the desired action, you must first activate the toggle switch. After clicking the corresponding button, you must agree to the security notice.

Restart the phone system

The Cloud PBX will be shut down and then restarted. All active calls will be terminated during this process.

This may be necessary in some cases if the status of a device is displayed incorrectly, for example, as “on a call,” even though the device is not in use.

Reset the phone system

Warning! This function will permanently delete all configured extensions, call groups, and devices, as well as all settings!

This may be useful if you want to reinstall a Cloud PBX from scratch in a new environment.

In very rare cases, a reset is a good solution, for example, to fix incorrect configurations. In such cases, please contact our customer service, who will be happy to assist you.
