Please note that this article refers to our services for Austria. If you are a customer in Germany, please refer to "Porting - How number porting works" on easybell.de.

1. open customer portal

Go to my.easybell.com. In the phone settings, please switch to the "Phone numbers" tab. Click on "Port numbers" to enter the necessary details.

2. create porting order

When completing the form, please ensure that you fill in the data exactly as it is stored with your previous provider. Otherwise there may be errors and delays in coordinating the number porting.

When you have finished, please click on "Create porting order".

3. check porting order

We will now send you a pre-filled porting order. Please check the details again and return the signed document to us.

Important!

  • The name must also be entered in block capitals
  • It must be an "authorized signatory". If you are unsure who is authorized to sign in your case, please contact your old telephone provider.

4. start porting

After we have checked your details, we will forward the form to our upstream service provider. We will inform you of the expected porting date by e-mail.

Our pre-service provider will coordinate the transfer of the phone numbers with your old provider. As soon as this has been done, you will receive a second e-mail with the final porting date and time window.

5. complete porting

You will be notified by e-mail when porting is complete. The phone numbers will now be displayed in your customer portal and you can assign them to a trunk. From this moment on, you can already use the numbers outgoing and incoming.

If there are any problems with porting, we will contact you to resolve any obstacles. Porting usually takes about two weeks from the time we receive the completed porting form.
