I'm being harassed by phone. How can I set up a call trap (Fangschaltung)?

In cases of telephone harassment, please file a criminal complaint with the police. The criminal investigation authorities will handle everything else — for example obtaining a court order, contacting the relevant network operator, etc. This is the way the caller can be identified, even if they have withheld their phone number.
