1. Password for logging in to the customer portal

With the password you chose during registration, you can access the Easybell customer area in MyEasybell.

For the username, enter your customer number. In the customer portal, you have access to your contract details, invoices, and login credentials. You can also configure your phone connection there. The password can be changed at any time in the customer portal under “Account Settings” (Login & Security). It becomes active once your registration is complete. 

If you forget your password, you can easily reset it: Click “Forgot Password?” on the login screen and then enter the email address you have registered with us.

2. SIP Password (VoIP Telephony)

The SIP access data differs depending on the product. If you have difficulties finding the data, read "Where can I find my SIP access data?".

Phone numbers

SIP access data: In the customer portal under "Manage phone numbers" in the detailed view of the respective phone numbers.

Registrar: sip.easybell.com

Cloud PBX

SIP access data: In the Cloud PBX in the settings of the respective device under "Configure device".

Registrar: pbx.easybell.de

3. Router Password

The router password protects the device’s user interface from unauthorized access.

Many devices come with a default password, which you can find in the manual. For FRITZ!Box devices, you set the password during the initial setup. If the device was pre-configured by us, you can find the password on the included code card.

4. WiFi Password

The WiFi password (also called WiFi network key) is required to connect your WiFi-enabled devices to the network. 

You can usually find it on the back of the router, often as a numeric code. 

You can change it in the router’s user interface.
