Easybell communicates with you paperlessly by e-mail or, in urgent cases, by telephone. It is therefore particularly important that

1. call up account settings

To do this, first log in to your customer portal.

Then click on your profile in the top right-hand corner and then on "Account settings".

2. change details

In the "Company information" (business) or "Personal information" (private) section, you can see your current contact details.

You can change both your e-mail address and your phone number yourself.

Change account holder

You cannot change the account holder yourself. This is a sensitive process that requires a contract transfer.

Change e-mail address

You can update your e-mail address yourself. To do this, click on "Change e-mail".

Change phone number

You can also easily update your phone number yourself - just click on "Change phone number".

Change connection address

It is possible to change the connection address under certain conditions.

  1. This is a VoIP-only tariff without an Internet connection.
    Why? You cannot take a DSL cable with you.

  2. The new address is in the same local network.
    Why? The connection address must always match the area code of the telephone number or the local network.

If both requirements are met, you can request the change of line address by sending an e-mail to support@easybell.de. Our team will check and process the request.
