Easybell communicates with you paperlessly via email or, in urgent cases, by phone. Therefore, it’s especially important to keep your contact details up to date.

1. Kontoeinstellungen aufrufen

To do this, first log in to your customer portal.

Then click on your profile in the top right-hand corner and then on "Account settings".

2. Angaben ändern

In the Company Details section, you can see your current contact person. You can change this person and the associated phone number at any time.
