Therefore, it makes a difference whether you wish to transfer existing telephone numbers from another provider to us or obtain new telephone numbers.

Differences in the order process.

Do you want to take existing phone numbers with you to Easybell ("porting")?

The transfer of existing telephone numbers ("porting") has a major impact on the order process, as this process must be coordinated with your previous provider. For example, we can only take over your phone numbers as soon as the previous provider agrees. This is often only the case at the end of your existing contract.

This process is strictly regulated to prevent abusive number porting. It is worth allowing for a certain time buffer when placing the order and requesting relevant subscriber data from the old provider in good time.

With our telephone connections, the number porting is ordered after the connection has been switched.
