Order a new phone number
Important note: The number of your phone numbers cannot be greater than the number of your voice channels. So if you have booked two voice channels and want to add a third number, you must increase to three voice channels. This does not apply to extensions that are set up in the telephone system.
You can order new numbers quickly and easily by following the steps below:
1. open customer portal
Go to my.easybell.com and log in to the Easybell customer portal with your login details.
2. open the telephone settings
On the "Phone settings" page, please go to the "Phone numbers" tab to display an overview of your phone numbers.
Click on "Add phone number".
3. add phone numbers
Now select your desired location and an assigned connection.
Confirm by clicking on "Add phone number".
You can then select your preferred number type:
- Geographical area code: Geographical numbers have the area code of the respective location (example for Vienna: +43 1 123 45 67)
- Non-geographic number: Non-geographic numbers have the area code 0720 (example +43 720 123 456).
Please confirm your selection by clicking on "Add number" again.
