If your numbers are not available in the Cloud PBX, it’s worth checking the mode of the respective trunk. Only numbers in PBX mode can be used in the Cloud PBX.

To transfer existing numbers into the Cloud PBX, please follow these steps in my.easybell: easybell customer portal.

1. Manage phone numbers

Under “My Products” → “Phone Settings” → “Phone Numbers” you will find an overview of your numbers.

2. Adjust properties

Next to the number you want to use, click on “View Details”.

A window with the number’s settings will open.
For the number to be used in the Cloud PBX, it must be assigned to it. To do this, click “Reassign” and select “Cloud PBX”.

Finally, save by clicking “Assign”.

3. Verify the change

In the overview, beneath the number, you can now see that it is set to Cloud PBX mode.
