Exclusive feature of the Cloud PBX Pro
The Easybell Call Flow Creator is an extension of our Cloud PBX and is only available in the Pro version. It enables the intuitive creation and configuration of complex call plans in a graphical interface. With the Call Flow Creator, you can easily determine which route incoming calls take in your company without any specialist knowledge. Use numerous functions in a single interface, e.g:

Exclusive feature of the Cloud PBX Pro
Analytics is another exclusive feature of the Cloud PBX Pro and has been adapted by dstny, Easybell's parent company in the UCaaS sector. Call activity can be displayed on wallboards using live data in real time. How high is the volume of calls? How long are the waiting lists? How many employees are dealing with them? This data can be used to quickly eliminate obstacles, improve processes and make capacity utilization more efficient. Individual reports can also be created automatically. Fair Flat minute packages
Make calls up to 55% cheaper
With our Fair Flats you have cost security. Buy the minute packages and receive a discount of up to 55% on minute-based billing. The minutes apply to all registered devices. This means you save considerably compared to other models where you book a flat rate per extension. Once you have used up your inclusive minutes, you can continue to make calls at Easybell's low prices. You can cancel the Fair Flats on a monthly basis.
Business SIP Trunk
The connection for real business telephony
Professionalise your telephony with a business tariff. Make optimum use of your PBX. All settings can be conveniently managed online and the voice channels are flexibly scalable. The Cloud PBX Basic is included free of charge.
An active SIP trunk from Easybell is a prerequisite for using the Cloud PBX and, if not already booked, is an automatic part of the order.
The Cloud PBX has a trial period of 30 days and costs no basic fee during this time. Only the connection fees and voice channels of the Easybell SIP trunk are charged: Austria landline: 0.99 ct/minute; Austria mobile: 5.99 ct/minute; abroad from 2.42 ct/minute. Further call charges can be found in our price list. At the end of the trial period, the Cloud PBX Classic costs €10/month per 10 seats. A minimum of 10 seats is possible.
Fair Flats:
Fair Flats are additional options to the SIP Trunk offers. Fair Flats can be canceled monthly. Tariff changes are free of charge. After the inclusive minutes have been used, billing is based on minutes in accordance with our price list.
The national options cover the landline and mobile phone minutes of the country in which the user has their connection address. With the international option, all landline calls within the EU are also covered by the Fair Flat minute packages.
The Fair Flat 1000 can be booked for EUR 9.95/month, with 1000 inclusive minutes to landlines and mobiles in the country of the connection address.
All offers can be terminated at the end of each month. If the billing address is in Germany, the price plus German VAT applies. For companies in other countries, the reverse charge procedure applies.
