Where can I view my registered end devices?

For Voice-over-IP to work, your end devices must register successfully in our infrastructure. At the latest when troubleshooting, it can be important to see which end device has registered with which IP address. We will show you where you can find this information.

To keep track of your registered telephones, you can see which VoIP end devices are registered with us for each telephone number in the customer portal under "Telephone functions/Manage telephone numbers".

1. call up call number management

Under "My data" → "Phone settings" you will find an overview of your SIP trunks under "Connections".

2. call up information on registration

In the overview of your phone numbers, please click on the phone number whose registration information you want to view. This will unfold the details of the phone number.

Then click on the eye symbol next to "Active registrations".
