Under "My data" → "Phone settings" you will find an overview of your SIP trunks under "Connections".

2. edit mode

Click on the blue button on the right-hand side of the phone number for which you want to activate Fax2Mail to call up the mode selection.

Alternatively, you can also expand the details of the phone number and click on the cogwheel symbol in the "Mode" line.

3. activate fax mode

You can now change your current mode here. To set up your Fax2Mail, click on "Fax". Then enter an e-mail address to which you want to receive incoming faxes.

Finally, confirm at the bottom by clicking on "Apply".

4. check setup

The "Fax" mode should now be displayed next to the phone number in the overview of phone numbers.

Note:Please note that the phone number is now no longer available for 'normal' incoming calls, as the fax service automatically accepts the calls.
