The following applies to all business tariffs:
Compatibility with SIP trunks that are not explicitly supported is not guaranteed. All offers can be canceled monthly. Call by Call is not possible. If the billing address is in Germany, the price plus German VAT applies. For companies in other countries, the reverse charge procedure applies. You can find detailed price information in our price list.
SIP Trunks
The Business SIP Trunk costs no basic fee for 30 days. Only the connection fees are charged: Austria landline: 0,99 ct/minute; Austria mobile: 5,99 ct/minute; abroad from 2,44 ct/minute. Further call charges can be found in our price list. At the end of the test phase, the Business SIP Trunk costs 1 €/month per voice channel. A minimum of 2 voice channels are required.
Cloud telephone system
The cloud telephone system costs no basic fee for 30 days, after which 10 seats (extensions/terminals) cost €10/month for the Classic variant and €15/month for the Pro variant. An Easybell SIP trunk with at least 2 voice channels is always automatically booked with a Cloud Telephone System.
Fair Flat minute packages
Calculation examples with 55 percent savings compared to minute-based billing apply to optimal utilization of the included minutes.
Fair Flats are additional options to the SIP Trunk offers. Tariff changes are free of charge. After the inclusive minutes have been used, billing is based on minutes in accordance with our price list.
The national options cover the landline and mobile phone minutes of the country in which the user has their connection address. With the international option, all landline calls within the EU are also covered by the Fair Flat minute packages.
Teams Integration
Teams Connector:
Cloud software subscription to connect Microsoft Teams to SIP trunks via direct routing. Free for 30 days, then €10/month for 10 users. The product will be gradually expanded by 10 users for €10/month as soon as the next user threshold is reached. A Microsoft Teams license per user that includes Direct Routing is required (not bookable with Easybell).
Calculation example with 1 €/user and month results in optimal utilization of the license.
Call2Teams Go:
Cloud software for connecting Microsoft Teams to the Easybell Cloud telephone system. Free for 30 days, then €4/month per Microsoft Teams user. An Easybell Cloud telephone system (Basic, Classic or Pro) is required for use.
